Placing an order
You can place an order by adding it to the shopping cart, proceed directly to Checkout or modify I by pressing "View and edit cart". Fill in your address and other required information and make sure everything is correct. Once your order has been placed you will get order confirmation to the e-mail address you used during the checkout. We are usually shipping orders the same or next day. Customer account and registration
We do not have a customer registration and accounts on our website. Therefore, you are not required to go through any registration processes. Every time you are ordering from us you will need to enter your address and other personal information for us to make a shipment. (Note: We do not ask/collect sensitive personal information).
Methods of payment
Credit/Debit Card Payments
You can pay on our website using following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners, Maestro and UnionPay. Please note, that we do not store or collect your credit card, bank information. All transactions are supported by the third-party gateway from PayPal.
We also accept payments via PayPal. When selecting this method, you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout, where you can complete your purchase. If you are a registered customer you will just need to login to your PayPal account. If you are new to the system you will need to go through the registration before you can continue.
Shipment and Tracking
We offer free shipping on all our pedals and amplifiers. We ship via Post, DHL and UPS. The shipment methods can vary and depend on country of delivery and shipment conditions. For all our shipments we provide tracking code which you will get by email. If you did not get your tracking code within 5 business days please contact us.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy: In case if the product is broken or does not work, you can return the product you purchased from us. You can choose between return – get refund or exchange options. Please note that return shipping costs have to be covered by the customer. Our Special Offers can be returned and refunded when broken or not working. Amount of the refund can be discussed individually after the product has been evaluated by our specialist. The refund will be transferred to you once we receive the product back. Refunds are made using the same way originally used during the purchase. You will receive your refund to your Credit Card or PayPal account, depending on what you have used.
