His professional career took off when he was, at age 20, invited to join one of the most recognized rock bands in Ex-Yugoslavia, “Zabranjeno pusenje” aka “No Smoking Orchestra”, led by famous film director Emir Kusturica. Four years of playing with No Smoking Orchestra included a recording of three original movie soundtracks and touring Europe, Canada, South America and Russia.

Nenad had spent two years at the London Guitar Institute studying under guitarists lain Scott and Shaun Baxter and was awarded “Outstanding Student of the Year” title. He currently lives in Paris, and he’s touring with Grand Corps Malade but continues to play with great international artists like Bojan Z, Mokhtar Samba, Sylvain Luc, Ibrahim Maalouf, Karim Ziad, Mayra Andrade, Malika Zarra, Hadrien Feraud, Guillaume Perret, Woz Kaly and more…
